Our Founder

Hi there!

I’m Iryna Shkira — a business mentor and tax advisor helping expat entrepreneurs in Portugal turn tax chaos into clear strategy.

With a Master’s in Monetary and Financial Economics from ISEG Lisbon and over 10 years of experience as both a founder and consultant in Portugal, I help my clients understand what taxes they’ll pay, how to structure their business smartly, and how to keep more of what they earn — before they even launch.

I’ve worked across tech, fashion, F&B, and creative industries, and have partnered with organizations like Vodafone Portugal, European Commission Office, Millennium bcp, and many others.

Beyond peace of mind, working with me means access to a trusted network of lawyers, accountants, designers, and grant advisors — plus deep knowledge of the Portuguese market, business landscape, and consumer behavior.

If you’re looking for a clear tax roadmap or hands-on support launching your activity in Portugal — I’m here to guide you through it. Step by step, without the overwhelm.
